I feel from all above comments that doing invest in BT is no more profitable, and the people who already stucked has to wait, no one new for how long…
Bahria phase 8 is the only decent place specially for middle class families . According to my research in phase 8 one can construct 10 Marla family home between 12 to 13 million. Many of my friend believes that phase 8 will be very peaceful place to live within 3 to 5 years. So my dear freids if you want to make your home with limited budget then phase 8 is the only decent options specially within Rawalpindi.

Commercial area

I don't agree to security situation. It is hot spot for burglaries these days. Personally know people who lost everything they had in their houses. Bahria Guards are so stupid they have no clue what they are doing and those THULLAZ are no good for nothing to begin with. All I ever see them doing is chasing young kids for no reasons. Perhaps looking for alcohol or some drugs etc.
Also it is too far away from everything and driving is pain in the rear these days. Only people are happy here are the ones who don't have to go anywhere and got some money coming in from their overseas family members which they can live off of.
As far the current market it is crashing so bad that I noticed some of the property dealers are shutting down their offices and some of them already moved to Bahria Town Karachi.

I visited Bahria Phase-8 today after almost three years. I observed the following things.
As I have plot in M-block that's why I went there straight away. L & N blocks are almost ready & Bahria can give its possession whenever they want. There was no machinery in M-Block & its development is stopped in middle. J & K Block no development. Awami Villas located at the edge of M-block are almost ready, it will take around 3-months more to finish the job. I think there is some issue with Land area where J, K, M blocks are situated that's why there is no development there otherwise N-Block is way behind M-block even then that area is developed. Lets see when Bahria resumes the development of M-Block.
E & F1 Blocks (which are located just opposite to M-block on other side of expressway) are really beautiful land scape & lot of construction activity is going on there right now. So many houses are already built & families living. Ideal place to construct home & to live within limited budget of 110-120 Lacs with Bahria's outclass development. Although I am not happy with Bahria because they did not develop my plot even after many years But I must admire whatever blocks they developed, those are very nice.
I travelled on Bahria Expressway throughout & also saw many branded stores there. Construction is also going on in different sectors of Overseas.
During my visit to Islamabad, I got opportunity to go Zero point & found that work has already been started on Signal Free Islamabad Expressway. Construction staff was there at I-8 Signal where I think they are going to construct some bridge or underpass. I think easiest part of Expressway is between zero point till Kural Chowk which can take 7-8 months to complete & difficult part is from Koral Chowk to Rawat which can take around 2-years, keeping in mind the development speed of PMLN Govt.
One more thing, while going from Lahore to Islamabad on Motorway, just 200-meters before reaching at Islamabad exit point, I saw development at my left side where new airport is located. I don't know what is that area, may be Top City or Mumtaz City BUT I clearly saw developed carpeted roads of one society. I just mention it here because our many friends have invested in Top City as well, so may be this info is of some helpful for them.
Any idea how much Block M 5 marla costs and one should invest or not please some expert advise??

Bahi fihaal phase 8 zda khaali hy isi lia shaid its easy to break in. But by the time more people start living there the security situation might get better. Or Bahi safari valley main kafi local loog rah rahay hain already. Or baki jaha tak baat overseas ki hy wo phase 8 main hain. My current residence is near Fauji Foundation Hospital next to DHA1 and phase 8 is not very far from there. I know some people jo daily JOBs k lia ISD jatay hain PHASE 8 sy.
or AAP he batain aajkal kay 10 marla home kaha milta hy 110 to 120 ki range main kisi acchi society main. Baki jis ka budget 200 tak hay uska lia tu or bht acchay options hain. My reserch only based on two things
limited budget + good housing society = phase 8

i have plot in phase 8 sector c. I want to construct house but i visited the site and found number of house are being constructed, but there is no commercial shops, Mosque and school near to this sector. Any one suggest how much time it will take to develop mentioned above facilities. Jazakallah

Multi is house of issues and full of liars,Mr imran is dealer of multi where thousands of people are suffering,we're the who suffering in multi since long time,

I want to purchase 10 marla/ 1 kanal plot in phase 8 for house construction. Please let me know in your opinion which sector is better? I might start construction next year and start living there in 2017 Insha Allah. After reviewing all the societies in Islamabad and Pindi Phase 8 is better than all of them, however, I am not able to decided regarding the location of the plot.
I reckon A, B and C are better sectors. I am also going to construct home in Sec C next year Inshallah. But i am little bit afraid about basic accessaries .ie. Market, Mosque and school etc. Any one further sugest please.
