Bahria Town Phase 8 rise in 2015

I think Bahria phase 8 developed blocks have bright future as lot of people are making houses there. Also if u look closely phase 7. 8. 8 extension and so called 9 of Bahria is surrounded by DHA. And garden city has very close proximity to Dha phase 3.

I want to inquire. About the Bahria enclave 1. Islamabad new booking of f block and h block by Bahria on istallments for 5 Marla n 8 Marla with enclave 2,merging option. Is it a good investment and what's the future of enclave 1

Bahria phase7,8 developed blocks and Safari valley have a bright future.At the moment temporary downfall in phase8 but i hope it will rise in near future in sha Allah.

Bahria enclave 1 is one of best project but unfortunately there is also downfall because of no NOC by CDA but hope MR will resolve this issue in sha Allah.

Bahria is a big name but current situation looks like the troubles surrounding the MR so it's all depend on you.Any goal worth achieving involves an element of risk.When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark you don't throw away the ticket and jump off.You sit still and trust the engineer.

Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

This forum should be blocked because this is lauched by the greedy dealers of Riaz dako to make innocent people fool. I purchased 10 marla in F2 for 40 lakh and now it is only 26 lakh. After looting innocent people in phase 9 Riaz dako is unable deliver many blocks of phase 8 even after thirteen yearas. Why Riaz dako launched DHA valley on daducha dam site. Another project Riaz dako launched on forest land. He is the biggest dacoit in the history of Pakistan and already looted millions either in the form of scam schemes or by making qabza on poor lands. He should be hanged publicly.

Stay away from phase 8 it is bound to collapse in 2015.

Possession areas cant collapse neither the laid infrastructure can be rolled back.thousand of families are living in phase 8 and will keepon expanding,files and non possession pending projects might have a question mark after recent developments but what is laid is history now and will stay their

Agree with Apple 1000%. People were stupid enough to buy at peak and now they want to hang people for their own mistakes. Instead you should only shoot yourself.

With that said I would still advise everyone to stay away from Phase-8. Too much uncertainty at this point and I see further plunge for all Bahria Town projects.

@ Muhammad imran??Did malik riaz forced you to buy a plot in phase 8 or it was your own decision,in the wake of just becoming a millionaire in the blink of an eye??On the other hand,you are protagonist of multi projects,dont you see approximately 40% plunge in the prices of b-17??Is B-17 seems good to you because you did not buy anything at exorbitant rates and now you can make a cheap deal there??Btw,once you were saying that B-17 will soon compete with E-11 in prices??Do yo still support your illogical analysis??

Btw who has vouchsafed you that multi does not grab land for its projects and all of its land is acquired through legal means?

no one can forecast the future. Thus no one is smart. But lets face the reality.

yes, we humans are greedy and we all make mistakes. If we dont make mistakes then we are angels. Now, the best thing is to learn from our mistake. Making mistake after making mistake is what may regard us as smart or stupid.

bahria is not good for investment especially if you get better opportunities at other places. Yes if you want to build a house for living only then buybin bahria.

aa an investor, keep your eyes and options open. Look at better alternatives which are less costly and have huge rate of return. Check Gulberg, topcity. At least visit theplaces and talk to at least 3 property dealers. Only then put bahria, gardencity, gulberg, and topcity on the table to go for best option.

I own plot in bahria and I will get out of it soon, IA. Malik Riaz ruined investors. Thus plz love your money and use your brains.

Investment is a different ball game, but for residential phase 8 is still a decent choice,and i will inshallah construct a 10 marla house when enough bucks are in the pocket,

Bahria phase8 developed blocks are still good for investment and best for living with all basic facilities.

Safari valley 7 Marla house 10 to 13 million rent is 25 to 40 thousands.

5marla house price rang is 7 to 9 million rent value is 20 to 30 thousands.

Phas8 10 marla house 15 to 18 million rent value 50 to 60 thousands.

This is way to understand land and facilities value.I know many families who enjoying bahria life.
