MR is soooooo screwed up now. Lets see what comes out from other side.
Bahria is heading for a turbulent phase over the next 3 months. It is better to steer clear of Bahria projects until at least October, hopefully by then situation would have become clearer. But definitely avoid for now.

@Kashif Sheikh. You seem to be correct in your assessment. Things are moving in the wrong direction for both Bahria and MR. This is the latest blow:

If only FIR is registered then it doesnt matter because there are already many cases registered against MR & Bahria Town for many years. There are FIRs against Imran Khan, Zardari, Nawaz Shareef, Rana Sanaullah but what happens practically. Any problem created for anybody? Actual problem would be if Supreme Court gives any verdict against Bahria Town which I dont see in near future
Issue was DHA Valley and now its been resolved between Punjab Govt , DHA and Bahria. Dont u guys see lot of advertisement about DHA Valley everyday on TV channels?
Riaz dako had looted 80 thousand innocent Pakistanis on the name of DHA valley and Bharia phase 9. Even many blocks of phase 8 had not been developed after three years of project launched. Now Gulberg is developing at good pace and standards and have location much better than phase 8. Phase 8 is the worst location project of pindi. Riaz daka is aready engaged in tussle with military over DHA valley. DHA valley is a 61 billion rupees scam of Riaz dako. Phase 8 is bound to collapse in comming days
@Awais. Yes what I had said is based on an analysis of real on ground developing situation. It is not giving a date like raja Pervez Ashraf for loadshedding :) This situation is now the subject of hot discussions in Islamabad. The current chief justice is retiring on august 18. After that, justice Khawaja will be new CJ till October. Justice khawaja in many ways is considered quite similar to Iftikhar chaudhry. There are a number of pending cases against bahria for which investigation reports will become available by the time new CJ assumes charge. If he hands down a strict verdict in even one of the cases, it will hit bahria very hard. Many analysts believe that the current moves by MR are aimed at pre-empting such an outcome by building pressure on judiciary.
@Irfan. Sir the investigation reports on those firs are due in court early next month. Once the reports are with the court, a verdict is possible.
@Apple. There are a number of cases pending against them. This latest one shared by Awais has nothing to do with DHA valley but with occupation of forest land at takht Pari for Garden city plus other serious allegations including a government servant while on duty.
People who think these matters will be solved easily should wait till August 18. I see storm clouds developing on the horizon.
Awais the October timeline I have mentioned is based on real time ground situation as it is developing, not a wild guess. On August 18, current CJ will retire & justice Khwaja will take charge as new CJ till October. He is considered in many ways similar to iftikhar chaudhry. He is proactive with Suo motos and willing to take on the powerful.
@Irfan. Most of those FIRs are currently under investigation with reports due in court next month by the time new CJ arrives. Once the court gets the reports, it can move towards a verdict, which is what most analysts believe, MR is really fearing right now. His current moves are being seen aimed at pre-empting such an outcome by building pressure on judiciary.
@Apple. Actually there are many cases pending in court against them. The article shared by Awais has nothing to do with valley. It pertains to alleged illegal occupation of forest land in takht pari for garden city and kidnapping of government officials. All charges are serious.
People who think all this will just go away are not realizing how different things are this time. That is why I have suggested to wait till October.

Unfortunately, nothing changed, everything remained the same. U see how much hype Iftikhar Chaudhry created during his tenure but what happened? How many corrupt people arrested & punished? What happened to MR & Arsalan case? He simply went for cheap publicity & media headlines and not more than that. Recently Ayyan Ali arrested red handed with Dollars but she got bail and Police/FIA/Custom could not even investigate properly & submit charge sheet. I do not want to use some words about judiciary but believe me everything is possible here.

I guess if you recite a tasbeeh of "riaz daku" 10 thousand times, then surely Phase 8 will surely collapse. (It would be naive to ask if you have any logical argument to support your prediction.)
