I personally rate garden city better than any project of bahria including enclave because of following reasons.
1-Beautifully planned with a larger proportion of greenery.
2-Location is awesome and once link from gt road will be operational,its price will shot up.
3-Possession available and fully developed and even couple of houses are also started in zone 5,7 and 8.
4-Location and development is better than phase 8 where good location 10 marla is 40 lacs +.
5-MR is visiting garden city on daily basis and is taking keen interest in it.You can also see a model house at the top of mountain which is being constructed under his supervision.
6-Apartments near zoo would be launched at whopping price of 25000 per sqft.
7-Once link from gt road would be operational,its prices will be comparable to dha2.
8-Zone 5 as a whole will witness some increase due to expansion of highway so garden city would be the focused place of investors and genuine buyers due to the name of bahria attached with it.
9-Developments like tremezzo mall and cine gold plex will add to its value and would be the center of attraction.
