Bahria Town Phase 8 rise in 2015

No water shortage as Bahria charges Rs.1100/month and water tanker comes everyday but you have to register a complaint everyday. For me signal issue tops the list of issues with Bahria Town. The new head-office is a 5 min walk from my home and finally they have started the construction. Also, a few weeks ago they started the beautification of Business District road and now Date Palm trees are planted throughout the road. Statue of Liberty Area is also getting a makeover but no sign of PTCL broadband and stuff.

What about evo or any other wireless broadbands ,are they working in bahria town,one of my acquaintance live in D block and they do have a land lines,

Evo sure works but I won't call that working as the signals drop continuously. Also, the D block you're talking about is of Safari Valley. All the blocks/sectors in Safari Valley and other 5-7 marla blocks i.e. Abu Bakar, Rafi, Ali etc have PTCL landline but Phase 8 sectors A-D and overseas sectors don't have landline.

@Waqas sb.Sir Market is not suitable for short term trading right now so i wont recommend any short term adventures.

@Saadi ....sir ,i think lucky khan was not that lucky ,just like me when he purchased in garden city in peak pricing times ,and is now in a loss after 1.5 years .

He just want some true analysis of garden city prospects in next few years or months and that's all.

So you having good experience and with ground facts in front plus real market pulse observer be kind enough to analyse the scenario , thanks.

Lucky Khan ,if you are not in dire need of money ,then its better to hold on ,why to sell in loss after 1.5 years.i myself also in a loss,but will hold till the end drama...3 years,5 years or whats so ever.

Its good to know about some development work on long awaited business district and Bahria office.

@DK... V kind of ur valuable advice n rightly figured out that I wasn't lucky while buying it at peak time. But that is how one must remain hopeful.

@lucky khan my case is exactly like urs. Have 10 marla in zone 9 bought in 2013. And now holding it dont know till when. But its the hope which keep us strong. Hard earn halal money cant go in vain

@K-Shahzad...Absolutely right. That was the reason to float a request to seek information and guidance on any future prospects about Garden City from experts of this forum.I think you and DK are right that one should hold it till situation gets better In Sha Allah.

There is very good signs so hold your investment.Prices will rise inshAllah.Agree with Dk that no need to sale in loss.

Phase8 is new developing area so it will take little time.I think it's the best time to invest in phase8 because market is down.

Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

DK sir here is m analysis for you.

I personally rate garden city better than any project of bahria including enclave because of following reasons.

1-Beautifully planned with a larger proportion of greenery.

2-Location is awesome and once link from gt road will be operational,its price will shot up.

3-Possession available and fully developed and even couple of houses are also started in zone 5,7 and 8.

4-Location and development is better than phase 8 where good location 10 marla is 40 lacs +.

5-MR is visiting garden city on daily basis and is taking keen interest in it.You can also see a model house at the top of mountain which is being constructed under his supervision.

6-Apartments near zoo would be launched at whopping price of 25000 per sqft.

7-Once link from gt road would be operational,its prices will be comparable to dha2.

8-Zone 5 as a whole will witness some increase due to expansion of highway so garden city would be the focused place of investors and genuine buyers due to the name of bahria attached with it.

9-Developments like tremezzo mall and cine gold plex will add to its value and would be the center of attraction.

PS:Its all my opinion and i may be wrong..
