I am reviewing 5 marla Rafi villas in rafi block. Some positives i have found are that rooms are spacious as it doesnt have a boundary wall. One major negative is it has no parking. As my budget is 7 million, please advise if its a good option for living. Or should i go for privately built houses.

You can find 5Marla good house in 7.5 to 8.5 Million in safari valley.I think 5Marla house is better option than villa.

Saadi bhai as i am abroad i cannot afford to take the risk of constructing a house. Please give me suggestion for available houses in 7 million budget. Or any bigger houses option if available on installments. I can pay 7 million down payment and rest in installments also.

Nadeem bhai, i think rafi block is preferable than ali as its at the start. Is there any issue of filling area also in rafi, which streets are preferable.

I’ve been living in Phase 8, sector B for almost 2 years now and I went through the whole thread. Will share my experience of living in Phase 8 and problems as well. So far, the biggest and the most stupid problem is that even after so many years MR and the planners haven’t been able to make the PTCL lay the underground cable in sector A-D and overseas sectors. Such a shame!!

Junaid what about water shortage ? i heard signal problem and water issues among top at phase 8. One must have transport to travel from/to phase8 .
On Positive side , in 5 years it will be good place and in the meantime one can eat burgers at McDonald :=)
