I think Gardencity has more potential.
App dekhein...35 lakhs for 10 marla.
Same 10 marla in dha2 is for 70 (per Saadi).
I have heard that GardenCity has some village related issues going on.I dont know what is the real cause but I hope these issues get solved quickly.
and one more thing. Now if this area goes up it will underpin Gulberg as well. I want both to shoot up in prices, IA.
I like Saadi because he has handled studies and business at the same time. I like hardworking people of my Pakistan. Bas in ki neyat theek rahey. MBA is really good but do take some power systems advanced courses as the future is of power in Pak. And this is not only for Saadi but for my other brothers too.

IT's in fully possession.I am not very sure about price in 2013 but it's very sure more than this price.
Both are good as investment point of view.Bahria safari valley mini commercial is failed but hub commercial is successful.Allah knows best it's just my opinion.
