The Sindh government has genuinely undertaken the development, and establishment of a mega private residential project ‘Zulfiqarabad’. The government plans to deal all hurdles with an iron fist and complete the project on the 55,000 acres, of land which now has been identified as Taluka Shah Bandar.
CM Sindh at a survey meeting on development of ‘Zulfiqarabad Project’ said that the project holds an important position for the general population of Sindh, for it’s their ticket to progress and prosperity. Although the implementation of progress has been remained slower but needed pace is achieved. The project is to be developed on a total of 1.3 million acres of land and55,000 acres of it has already been acquired at Taluka Shah Bundar.
The CM directed his officers should undertake a survey and at least procure 100,000 acres of land in the preliminary stage. He directed the revenue officers to finish the division of anticipated government land and buy the private land inside the premises.
The Managing Director of Zulfiqarabad Project stated that this year the management requires a total of 3.14 billion rupees , which will then be sub divided in 1.7 for land acquisition, 1.3 for road construction and 1.4 for various other the construction purposes.
This project is conceived on a 1.3 million section of land of area, yet something like 0.9 million of the total land is under the ocean. Plus, the remaining area is in part condition, and though his organization may have faced challenges, however 55,000 acres of land is under their control and construction has already been started on it, for now the project is on its way and does promise a strong investment yield.
