Quetta: The Balochistan government has decided to make Ziarat Valley a smart city to attract tourists, according to a news published in the national dailies on May 16.

The news source mentioned that the provincial government has formed a development authority to promote tourism and generate employment opportunities for the locals. According to an official of the Balochistan government, Ziarat will be developed on the modern lines of a smart city under the supervision of the Chief Minister.

The official further disclosed that a comprehensive policy has been formulated for the development of tourism in the valley. This development project will resolve all the basic issues of the city along with promoting growth in a planned and scientific manner, he added. After this, Ziarat Valley will emerge as one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the country, believed the official.
