Islamabad: Zameen Developments on Monday organised the groundbreaking ceremony for its multipurpose project, titled Zameen Ace Mall, in Islamabad – a news source reported. Located in DHA Phase II, the mixed-use development initiative is a joint venture between Zameen Developments, MIH Group and Ace Group.
Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan and Ace Group CEO Usman Zafar Cheema attended the ceremony as chief guests. At the event, the leaderships of the companies also inaugurated the site office for project’s booking and sales.

Zameen Ace Mall is being constructed on 20 kanals of land situated on Sir Syed Boulevard in DHA Phase II Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The 14-storey building will features luxury apartments, penthouses, hotel apartments, and a shopping mall comprising retail outlets, hyper mart and a multiplex cinema. Other amenities planned for Zameen Ace Mall include a swimming pool, a fitness club, fine dining decks, a parking space for 800 cars, and a sports bar.
According Zameen CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan, Zameen Ace Mall is one of the four Zameen Developments’ projects which are currently in the pipeline. He also hinted at the launch of another project by the end of this year.
“Zameen Ace Mall presents a refined combination of contemporary hotel, shopping, and living experiences. It promises to promote the culture of mixed-use developments in the country with a view to optimising available space, and will InshaAllah address a large gap in the national real estate development market,” he further stated.

Ace Group CEO Usman Zafar Cheema expressed the confidence that their partnership with Zameen would provide enormous leverage for further strengthening the companies’ position. “Ace Group’s partnership with Zameen Developments is a strategic endeavor aimed at maximizing the strengths of both companies,” said Cheema.
“Pakistan is lagging behind in the region in the development of multipurpose buildings and this partnership aims to take this challenge head-on with well-planned residential and commercial projects,” he added.
