Zameen.com signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Defence and Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (DEFCLAREA) in a bid to advance the distinction of Karachi’s real estate firms by providing them an online platform where they could gain 80% of the potential customers which they had, previously, been missing.
The conference was held to reach out to the real estate agencies and property brokers of the largest economy of Pakistan, which proved to be quite successful as the symposium was attended by 250 agents from over 150 of the largest real estate companies of Karachi and members of DEFCLAREA.
Zeeshan and Imran Ali Khan, Co-Founders of Zameen.com, while briefing the audience about the changing tides of the market stressed the importance of the embracing the technology. The conference offered the local estate agencies with an excellent opportunity to educate themselves about the global trends in the real estate sector and the growing popularity of the internet.
Zameen.com had already been operating in Karachi during the past years and the main aim of the online portal is to provide the real estate agents with a platform which could set their business to an international level where the limitations of communications could be nullified and overseas investors could be approached.
The conference was designed to illuminate the real estate agents about the importance and benefits of an online portal and the ways in which they can use it to utilise a wider pool of customers in the market. The opportunity of on spot sign ups at discounted rates was also presented to the visitors of the meeting.
