I agree and and satisfied the report you share
And hope will progress
I also agree and satisfied the report you share and I hope will progress
good effort and quiet realistic as I myself experienced that agents boast a 100% increase in 3-6 months but it never happened even in two years especially in cda sectors. I suggest to run some survey to compare investment in various schemes at rwp/ Islamabad to give an insight to potential customers. overall good effort and excellent presentation.
excellnt survey report and congrat to Mr. Ibrahim for his hardworking.
i will recommend to get feedback from remote areas for next survey report
Thank you all for your comments. I’d like to point out that great effort from all of Team Zameen went into creating this report, and I’ll be passing on your compliments to them. 🙂
Good report,
Why do you think only 4% are interested in commercial plots?
Don’t they give one of the best return on investment.
Regards,
You’re right, Irfan, the ROI on commercial plots is good but because they generally tend to be more costly than residential plots and there is a very small percentage who actually affords to park such large sums in commercial property. For this very reason, the resale of commercial property may also take longer because the pool of buyers is not as huge as it is in the case of residential property and it takes longer to find a buyer. Hope that makes sense.
Shaista!. for the last few months, ROI on commercial plot is not high and even loss in Bahria Town. I have plot in Mini Commercial Bahria Phase 7,River View, Rawalpindi but Now the investment is stuck and even I can not release my own invested amount.
Property dealers and bahria Town playing game with the real investors and real buyers. Many pepoles lost their investment. …. Bad things happering in real estate.

Very good report, such surveys do help in assessing the general market perception and trends.
The second biggest concern for property buyers is the rising price, do you think that this trend would sustain? Is it artificial inflation of property prices because people don’t have other investment opportunities (e.g., establishing business unit, manufacturing etc.) or the rates will sustain and increase in future as well.
