Lahore: Zameen.com inaugurated a new site office in Bahawalpur on Wednesday, with Punjab Food Minister Samiullah Chaudhary officiating the building’s launch proceedings. The ceremony was also attended by Zameen.com Country Head Ahmed Bhatti, Senior Director Central Region Sheikh Shuja Ullah Khan, and other notables from the city.
The office is located in the city’s Model Town locality. The office management recently commenced with its business activity, with respective teams reporting for duty. The company is looking to expand its operations in the city, and for this purpose, hiring of additional workforce is underway.
The purpose behind expanding the Zameen brand presence all across the country is to promote the country’s real estate market which is directly linked with over 70 sectors and indirectly with over 100 industries. Moreover, Zameen.com also intends to promote transparency in real estate dealings by being a moderator in the process wherein it verifies property listings and also offers exclusive sales and marketing services to the projects that pass its stringent parameters.
Currently, Zameen.com has two projects from Bahawalpur on board for exclusive project marketing and sales, with many more developers queued in to register with the portal.
