The developer of Icon Homes has successfully delivered
several projects in the past, including Icon Valley I, Icon Valley II, and Icon
Residencia. In addition, all three of these projects were also marketed by
Zameen.com.
Regarding the Icon Homes project, Interested buyers can purchase apartments and villas on a payment plan that spans 42 months. As per the plan, down payment has been set at 30% of the respective units’ total price, while 20% of this sum has to be paid at the time of possession.
Purchasing Icons Homes villas and apartments on lump sum
payments has been made even more tempting, with a 10% discount offer. Moreover,
a discount of 5% can be availed on the payment of 50% of the full amount for
the property. Currently, Zameen.com has opened inventory for 2-bedroom
apartment units.
