Construction Updates

Meanwhile, the retaining walls and columns of basement 3 have also reached completion. On the other hand, the formwork of the slab is being erected.

The structural components such as columns, retaining walls, slabs, and raft bear transfer the gravity and lateral loads on the structure to the soil underneath providing stability to the building.

The team is also in the process of planning the excavation works of phase 2, which will help in expediting the grey structure works. Another major development is the installation of the tower crane. Complete installation of the crane will be done within this month — helping in speeding up the progress as material handling becomes more convenient and efficient with it.
