Islamabad: Zameen Developments on Thursday announced that it had launched the development work of Zameen Ace Mall in DHA Islamabad, a news source reported. The mixed-use project is a joint venture between Zameen Developments (a sister company of Zameen.com), ACE Group, and the MIH Group.

Project Director Fahad Arif Khwaja stated that development work at the Zameen Ace Mall DHA Islamabad had been initiated following the government’s decision to allow for the resumption of construction activities in the country. He added that the project had been planned as a modern apartment complex, with particular attention to details. In addition, he stated that the project’s developer would ensure that the venture was completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Khwaja revealed that this project would be an appealing avenue for investors, given its ideal location. He further highlighted that the CDA had recently provided its approval for the development of the Islamabad Expressway signal-free corridor; which, upon its completion, would provide convenient access to the mall.

The Zameen Ace Mall is expected to comprise of shops and apartments. In this regard, Ace Group CEO Usman Zafar Cheema stated that the project would be a lucrative opportunity for genuine buyers in Islamabad, as well as investors hailing from all over the country.
