Islamabad: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Ayub Afridi directed to complete all Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) housing projects on a priority basis and all facilities should be provided, according to news published on Sunday (February 13).

Reportedly, Advisor Afridi visited the WWF to check up on the performance and discuss future plans. During the visit, the advisor was briefed on the planned and ongoing housing projects for workers in Taxila and Islamabad. Keeping in line with Prime Minister’s vision, the housing projects will uplift the living standards of working-class and labourers. Advisor Afridi went on to say that Ministry’s focus was to promote Workers Welfare Fund in a bid to protect the rights of every worker in the country.

Moreover, Mr Afridi listened to issues of the administration related to WWF and offered full support. He also reviewed the performance of educational scholarships, death, and marriage grants being offered by WWF to registered workers.
