Mansehra: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government on Wednesday (August 26) launched construction work on the second phase of Nawazabad-Mundi Meadow Road to promote tourism in Siran Valley, according to news sources.

Federal Preliminary Secretary MNA Saleh Mohammad Khan, while talking to the media, disclosed that the work on the second phase of the project was started after the government released PKR 1.37 billion under the tourism exploration project.
Moreover, the MNA Saleh Mohmmad stated that the first phase of the road was completed at the cost of PKR 850 million. Once the second phase of the Nawazabad-Mundi Meadow Road is completed, the tourists can visit the alpine Mundi valley.

Sharing more details, the MNA mentioned that three mega bridges will also be constructed in different areas of the under-construction road. He went on to say that Mundi Meadow is a scenic place packed with lush green mountains, lakes at the hilltop, and waterfalls, which is why it must be developed to attract tourists from abroad.
