Islamabad: The federal government has begun drafting a new project concept paper for the development of a large zoological, botanical and research garden in the Bani Gala area, a news source reported.
Afterwards, the paper will be sent to the Ministry of Climate Change Secretary for approval. The Prime Minister will give it the final nod.
The previous government had prepared a project concept paper, which the current government forwarded to the ministry after coming into power. However, this document was returned with recommendations for revision and a better design.
