Multan: The Punjab Wildlife Department has started to work on the plans to protect wildlife of Rangla Game Range, reported a news source. The game range spans 32,872 acres of land in Dera Ghazi Khan and is home to wild rabbits and partridges.
To preserve wildlife of the range, cost estimate for fencing the park and setting up a check post has also begun. Rangla Game Range also features many natural lakes that welcome the migrating birds. The Wildlife Department is keen to keep the range in its original shape by fencing the premises and setting up a check post to stop illegal hunting of the wildlife.
