Park View City Islamabad is a housing project by the famous Abdul Aleem khan. He is the face behind two housing projects in Lahore:
- Park View Housing Scheme – which was later sold to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and is now a part of DHA Lahore’s Phase VIII
- Park View Villas – where possession is available in a few blocks and development work is yet to be completed in the remaining blocks.
The soft launch of Park View City Islamabad was held on Tuesday. During the soft launch, the society was introduced to real estate agents and the payment plan was also rolled out. This is also the point where interest in the project began to grow.
The project is located on Malot Road in Zone IV of the federal capital and its Phase I features residential 5-marla, 10-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal plots and commercial 5-marla plots. The payment plan of these plots is as follows:

According to a society official, land has already been acquired for Phase I of the project and three more phases will be launched in the time to come. These phases will feature houses and farmhouses. Asked about the availability of the no-objection certificate (NOC) for Park View Islamabad from the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the official said that the process of getting an NOC from the civic authority is underway.
According to the CDA website, the NOC of the project was cancelled in 2014. This map for the society is available on the website:
It is expected that the society will be completed within 2.5 years. Currently, road infrastructure is being worked on. Here are some of the latest images of the society:
The society official could not give any date for the project’s official launch. If you will book a plot now, you will not be given any plot number; however, plot numbers will be confirmed at the time of the proper launch. If you are living in Lahore and want to book a plot in Park View Islamabad, you can do so by visiting the society’s office in Lahore.
The developer has already proven its mettle in Lahore, but the only issue I see with its project in Islamabad is that it does not yet have an NOC.

The only thing is rates which are too high. I personally visited the site…its about 05 KM off the road from Bahria Enclave road… The only hope is Rawalpindi By-Pass otherwise, its land lock society..

one: what is the approach to this city–the same old simly dam road or the park road. two: under the circumstances that IK’s bani gala house has been marked by CDA as illegally constructed I wonder what would happen to the NOC of this one?

Sir, I want to ask about Park View Lahore Rose, Gold and Extension block of Tulip. Are these approved by LDA? When Development will complete in these blocks? And when they will give possession? I am interested to get one 5 marla plot to build my own house not for investment?
I bought a plot in Parkview Villas Lahore many years ago, when they claimed to give possession in 2 years but no signs of development yet. Main reason is perhaps they don’t have NOC from LDA yet. Please be very careful for buying any plot here.
How i be a proud Pakistani.
my family struggled for making Pakistan and after creation of Pakistan they first migrated from India to East Pakistan (Bangladesh) and then to West Pakistan (currently Pakistan).
And after 40-45 years still have to prove they are Pakistani. Parents CNICs are blocked because they have no evidence of migration. Who one know at that time to save the documents that have to show in front of NADRA officials to prove their identity. My CNIC is also expired and i cant renew it.
In this situation i feel that i am not a Pakistani and why i can be loyal to Pakistan

I cannot help but notice that PN farms, which a few minutes away from Park View City on Simly Dam Road is selling 5 kanal farm house plots ready for possession for 15,000,000, whereas Park View City is charging 27,500,000 for just 2 kanal. Is Park View City not overpriced? Or is there some issue with PN Farms, and if so what is it?
