Islamabad: The World Economic Forum (WEF) has shared a video that appreciates Pakistan’s methods towards building a greener future, according to a news report published on March 14.

T video highlighted three ways Pakistan is using to build a greener future. The clip was shared by Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Sunday. The premier stated that the government’s environmental policies – especially the green recovery programmer from the coronavirus outbreak and climate action plan – are being highlighted on an international level.

Pakistan has pledged to produce 60% of energy from renewable sources by 2030 and replace all coal-based project with hydro-electric projects. The video goes on to reveal that 85,000 green jobs have been created in areas of plant care.
