Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Building Control Director Jamshaid Aftab has declared all projects launched by the WE Group, including QJ Heights, illegal according to a news source. The developer has not acquired an NOC for these projects yet.

He further stated that the RDA would not be held responsible for financial losses incurred by investing in an unapproved project.
