Lahore: The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) launched an awareness session with children to engage them to participate in Clean Green Pakistan campaign at Delhi Gate, a news source reported. The purpose of the session was to educate and actively engage the children on the importance of keeping heritage sites clean.
The students were also asked about the about their ideas for a slogan for the Clean Green Pakistan campaign and they came up with the ideas on it during the first session. Students were engaged in walks, developing taglines, posters, and giving speeches on the important of cleanliness. The children were also found sporting posters on how to keep Pakistan clean.
WCLA gathered more than 100 students in the awareness campaign. WCLA Marketing Director Asif Zaheer speaking on the stated that WCLA is taking all measures to support Clean Green Pakistan which was launched by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan.
