After the booming success, what could possibly check the triumph of Bahria Town? I would say only one word in answer to that question and that is Emaar! Where Bahria Town successfully coughed up the pockets of Karachiites to the level of tuberculosis, Emaar entered the market as a cough syrup.
Interestingly this cough syrup will not heal the coughing of pockets; it will actually ease the flow of money like lubricating oil. Emaar is finally erecting some quality developments, for the first time, in Pakistan. Keeping in mind that Emaar is dependable and transparent; people will definitely know how it feels to get properties delivered on time.
Emaar Pakistan has launched its Crescent Bay project which will give the real estate of Karachi a new meaning. I think people of Islamabad and Lahore might even consider moving to Karachi. The sales of the project are set to be open from 15th February, 2014.
The location and the developments are all on the cards. Nothing is hidden and no faith is required here. It is just a clean, lean and mean investment opportunity which will lead to exotic lifestyle within 45 months!
After Bahria now Emaar joins the fray!
According some reliable reports the Pearl and Reef Towers of Crescent Bay Karachi are up for grabs at a 10% down payment which should be paid at the time of booking. The payment schedule is set for 45 months and after that, Bam! You are set with a Dubai styled residential apartment in Pakistan.
So what do you think about the response from the people of Karachi on Emaar developments? Are they going to converge to the Crescent Bay just like they did with Bahria Town or has Malik Riaz managed to squeeze every last penny out of the population of the city? I, from my personal opinion, doubt that, but I would really like to know what our prised readers think about Emaar. Share your views below!
In my view, Pakistani people have a lot of black money. They will buy all. Let’s see.
Well,
Emaar is wonderful developer, but thier prices are usually higher than all others. in PAK as well they will be much higher than BAHRIA. compere it with CANYAN views and Bahria Homes prices back in 2008… almost double to each other at those times…
Same will go by now… so only elite and rich class may go for it due to repu and above standard construction.
