Rawalpindi: The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi has shared phone numbers for the general public to log complaints during the lockdown period of human coronavirus and announced that during the period, the WASA Call Centre will function round the clock to ensure complaints are resolved as soon as possible – a news source reported.

This will allow the users to register the complaints from their homes by calling 1334. The users will also be able to register their complaints by SMS on Whatsapp at 0332-5257065.
WASA also issued standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uninterrupted supply of water and other services provided by the agency. The SOPs have been issued to be followed specifically till the coronavirus pandemic lasts.

While Speaking about the prevailing crisis situation, WASA Managing Director Iftikhar-ud-din Naeem urged the public to stay at home, register their complaints over the phone. The staff and officials have been directed ensure that the complaints are resolved immediately.
