Lahore: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Chairman, Engineer Lieutenant General Sajjad Ghani (Retd), recently inspected the progress of the Mohmand Dam Project, assessing critical sites such as diversion tunnels and the powerhouse.

According to a news source dated May 14th, the Chairman emphasized the dam’s significance in addressing water and energy needs, urging strict adherence to the execution plan for timely completion. He also instructed the allocation of additional resources to expedite the project, aiming to ensure it meets specified deadlines and bolsters the nation’s water and energy security.
