Three water supply schemes worth a total of PKR 150 million have been planned for the next year as well, in Doonga Gali, Thandiani, and Changla Gali. Habib also revealed that GDA had acquired machines to clear snow in the area, at a cost of PKR 17 million, which is a significantly lower figure than the previously estimated PKR 77 million. He added that the roads in Galiyat could now be kept clear all year long due to the procurement of suitable machinery and vehicles.
