Islamabad: As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the United States of America (USA) remained the top export target for Pakistani products during the first month (July) of the current financial year (2020-21), according to a news source published on September 03.

The country’s total exports to the USA under the said period are registered at USD 336.640 million – which is 9.88% lower than the amount of USD 373.548 million recorded in July 2019.
The second grossing export destination is the United Kingdom (UK). As per SBP, Pakistan exported goods worth USD 145.374 million to the UK – which is 1.33p% lower than the amount of USD 147.334 million recorded in July 2019.

The third place was claimed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) – where Pakistan exported goods of worth USD 118.0888 million during the same month against the exports of USD 172.859 million recorded last year – which shows a decrease of 31.68%.
Overall, the country’s exports to all other countries witnessed a decline of 14.57% during the period under review, from USD 2.216 billion to USD 1.893 billion.
