Reportedly, the CDA Water Wing has restored water supplies to the US embassy, which was previously supplied by tankers. The CDA, on the other hand, streamlined the water provision by providing the embassy with a continuous flow of water from Khanpur and Simly dams. It was also stated that the CDA repaired the US embassy’s retaining wall, which was in poor condition. According to the report, the CDA has begun measures to provide a permanent water supply for Sector G in the capital, where it has restored water service to 300 residents. The authority has also established a complaint resolution unit to resolve citizens’ water concerns.
