Karachi: It has been decided that urban forest parks will be set up in Karachi to boost the plantation campaign, a news source reported. The decision was taken in a meeting to review progress on the plantation drive in the city.
During the meeting, the representative of The Citizen Foundation (TCF) vowed to plant 50 million trees over the next five years. It was also decided in the meeting that plantation will be done throughout the city with the assistance of public and private individuals and institutions.
