Quetta: The National Highway Authority (NHA) is currently working on the development, upgradation, and rehabilitation of road infrastructure within the province, a news source reported. As per the information shared by an NHA official, the authority has been efficiently utilising the funds issued under the Public Sector Development Programme for these projects.

Here are the details the NHA has shared:
- PKR 3,000 million (out of the allocated PKR 6,000 million) utilised for development of Zhob-Kuchlak Road
- PKR 1,500 million (out of the allocated PKR 2,000 million) spent on the construction of a two-lane highway connecting Basima to Khuzdar
- PKR 14,914 million (out of the allocated PKR 2,000 million) spent on widening and strengthening of National Highway N-70’s 32-kilometre long Rakhi-Gajj section
- PKR 3,406 million (out of the allocated PKR 13,758 million) spent on the construction of Yakmach-Kharan Road

- PKR 2,972 million (out of the allocated PKR 76,488 million) spent on maintenance and dualisation of N-50’s Yarik-Sagu-Zhob section
- PKR 5,000 million allocated for the Ratto Dero-Gwadar Motorway’s 321-kilometre long Hoshab-Awaran-Khuzdar section
- PKR 500 million allocated for the widening, rehabilitation and upgradation work of Quetta-Dhadhar Section of N-65
- PKR 125 million allocated under PSDP for the development of Dera Murad Jamali Bypass
- PKR 350 million allocated for the construction of the remaining part of the National Highway N-25 Kararo-Wadh Section
- PKR 1,500 million allocated for the development of Lakpass-Noushki section
