Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration conducted a training session on customer care from June 27 to 28, according to a post shared on the authority’s social media handle on July 4.

As per the details, the training session was offered on ‘Mastering Customer Care for Marketing Excellence’. This training session helped the attendees to improve leadership skills, communication skills, customer advocacy skills and marketing skills.

Similarly, the DHA Bahawalpur administration conducted another training session on negotiation skills from June 29 to 30. The purpose of these training sessions is to help attendees to develop and enhance their skills.
