Tourists prefer to stay at places which are hospitable, peaceful and clean, so the staff needs to be made aware of these needs, stated tourism official Ilyas Khan. He added that serving tourists well was of utmost importance to make them return to the same place again. It is also necessary if hotels want to increase their number of visitors, he added. The KP government is also working on ecotourism schemes for this purpose.
