The Tourism Corporation (TCKP) General Manager Sajjad Hameed stated that the services of this police will be extended to several districts of KP. The tourism police has already been active in popular tourist destinations, including Swat, Chitral, Abbottabad, Naran-Kaghan, and Galyat-Thandiani.
Hameed informed that the Bacha Khan International Airport, as well as other airports in the province, will have special counters. These will facilitate the tourists with regard to the federal government’s online visa policy. He added that the TCKP is in constant contact with the Home Department and KP Police to ensure the provision of the top-ranked policemen to serve for the TCKP.
