Rawalpindi: The management of Top City has asked investors to get their properties situated inside the housing scheme regularised in a bid to ensure transparency, according to a publication.

Investors who have bought plots in Top City have been asked to get these properties transferred and registered in their names by April 15.
As per society officials, these individuals will have to visit the Top City-1 head office in order to get their transfer process completed. Similarly, every kind of buying and selling activity, or change of name/address request, will be facilitated at the said venue.

In cases of non-compliance, the management will register plots under the names of their original owners. Moreover, Top City will not be held responsible for negligence on part of the dealer concerned.
