The said construction incentive has been extended for another month upon the insistence of the dealers and allottees who are interested in launching construction on their residential and mini-commercial plots in Sector A, B, C, D & I (partial possession) and avail the construction relief package introduced by the government. Under this extended incentive, the following benefits will be offered to the allottees:
- The possession fee will be waived off
- The design fee will be waived for the work processed by the design wing. The allottees will still have to bear the cost of outsourced work on designs and maps.
- Free excavation
- Free water and power for two months
- No fee for mechanical, electrical & plumbing works

However, there will be charges for the architectural designs (if changed from the catalogue or redesign), structure design (in relation to soil test), 3D charges (PKR 4 per sq ft) and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) submission drawings that are prepared by the design wing and are to be submitted by the client at Khidmat Center.
The allottees will have to start construction in two months or will have to pay all the waived off charges. Previously, the incentive package for Top City-1 allottees was extended from January 22 to March 22 in a bid to encourage people to start constructing their plots while the government’s construction package is still in effect.
