Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has announced that the Tiger Force would assist the government with regard to the enhancement and monitoring of public services, according to a news source published on August 27.

As per the details, Khan was leading a consultation session on the Tiger Force e-governance plan, where Special Assistant Usman Dar presented a plan for future. The PM approved the implementation of the e-governance system – under which the members can report the governance issues on a local level.
Moreover, the force will also monitor and report back issues related to the provision of health facilities and the prices of essential items. They will be surveilling local markets, excursion places, educational institutions, police stations, courts, land record centres, electricity theft and other public complaints.

During the session, Khan was also briefed regarding shelters and price control. He decided to involve college and university students in the intiative and directed the special assistant to speed up the membership campaign, once the educational institutes reopen. He said that the nation’s youth will be given the chance to play their part in enhancing the local governance system.
