Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to hold the third draw of LDA City files on September 4, 2021, to allocate plot numbers to file holders, according to news sources. The authority has decided to include only file holders who have acquired LDA Exemption Letters.
Additionally, the buyers who have not yet obtained an exemption letter from the civic authority for their LDA City files must do so before the third draw. In this regard, the development authority has set August 28, 2021, as the deadline for submitting applications for the issuance of LDA Exemption Letters.
Furthermore, LDA has asked that file holders contact their respective development partners or property owners in order to get the authority’s letter.
Additionally, the authority has cautioned anybody interested in purchasing a plot file for LDA’s projects to check their entitlement paperwork before purchase to verify its legality.
