Islamabad: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) on Thursday (September 30) announced that Pakistan’s largest theme park project will be showcased in Dubai Expo 2020 to attract investment, according to media reports.

Furthermore, the meeting was briefed that the theme park will be built with the collaboration of IMG Dubai Theme Park. RUDA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Imran Amin briefed PM about the challenges faced by the authority during the execution of the projects, which includes the establishment of Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Special Technology Zones (STZs), installation of solar-power based generation plant, and development of Knowledge Park.

In response, PM Khan ordered the concerned authorities to resolve the issues on a priority basis. The meeting was attended by Chairman of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) Lt Gen (R) Anwar Ali Haider, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib, Special Assistant on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill, and senior officers.
