Lahore: The Traffic Engineering & Planning Agency (TEPA) has shared the details of the high-rise buildings approved for the city, a news source reported on January 6. This was revealed in a report submitted to the Prime Minister Secretariat by LDA Chairman S M Imran.

According to the details revealed, as many as 97 new high-rise buildings had been approved towards the end of last year. These buildings were issued No-objection certificates based on the structure plans. These buildings include 25 residential and 26 commercial projects.
NOCs were also issued for nine land sub-divisions and two housing schemes through the e-khidmet centres. TEPA also issued permissions to 72 petroleum and CNG stations in addition to providing NOCs to eight oil depots.

A total of 88 permissions were also issued for parking space and parking arrangements. These also include provisional permissions for parking and 10 NOCs were issued for these.
