Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Chief Engineer Habib ul Haq Randhawa has issued LDA City tenders worth PKR 4.75 billion for the development work underway in the project’s Jinnah Sector, a news source reported.

List of LDA City Tenders Issued
LDA’s Engineering Wing issued the following LDA City tenders:
- Tenders worth over PKR 2.5 billion for LDA City packages one and four
- Tender worth more than 1.25 billion for LDA City Package Six
- Tender worth PKR 750 billion for the construction of the LDA City’s access road

LDA has issued these tenders to top 12 pre-qualified companies. These companies will have time until March 25t o submit the required tender documents.
Meanwhile, LDA officials have revealed that with the tenders issued for packages one, four, and six of LDA City, the civic body has completed the tenders for all packages of the project.

LDA City is the flagship project of the development authority. Recently, LDA Urban Planning Additional Director Rana Tikka Khan ordered the officials concerned to release the challan forms in order to collect the development charges of the project on a timely basis.
