Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has rolled back three projects worth PKR 670 million and has also cancelled their tenders, reported a news source. These projects include the construction of Firdous Market Flyover and U-turns on Khayaban-e-Firdousi, and the installation of signage on Canal Bank Road.
According to details, the LDA Director General had also approved these projects while their tenders have also been finalised. Among these projects, the construction of Firdous Market Flyover was estimated to cost PKR 220 million, while funds worth PKR 250 million were reserved for U-turns on Khayaban-e-Firdousi. Setting up road signs on Canal Bank Road was estimated to cost PKR 200 million.
