Islamabad: The management of Taj Residencia – a project approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority – has launched the booking process of its 3.5-marla residential plots – under its ‘Pakistan Package’ initiative, according to a notification issued by the society today (October 19).
The publication states that since a limited number of plots are available for sale, the developer will close the booking process as soon as they sell all the forms.
The society is located adjacent to sectors I-14, I-15 and the I-16. The 3.5 marla plots here are available on a 4-year payment plan, in which buyers can opt for either 48 monthly instalments (of PKR 35,521) or 16 quarterly instalments (of PKR 106,563). The total price of this residential plot is PKR 2,100,000
Additionally, the booking forms for the above-mentioned society are available at the designated Allied Bank Limited (ABL) branches located in various cities across the country – namely Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Tarnol, Mardan, Abbottabad, Kohat, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Rawalakot, Sawabi, and Jehlum.
Moreover, the society management also highlighted that buyers need to bring the pay order generate in the name of Taj Residencia, along with two passport sized pictures and a photocopy of the buyer’s Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
