The meeting also paid particular attention to the under-construction Park Road widening project. Chairman Randhawa insisted on its rapid completion without compromising on quality, with a focus on public convenience. A proposal for a partial inauguration of the Park Road project within the next two weeks was rejected. Instead, the chairman directed that one or two lanes be opened for public use, with a full inauguration planned only after the project’s complete completion.
