Islamabad: The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) has demanded that more dams should be constructed to deal with the water shortage in the country, according to a news report.
ICCI Senior Vice President Muhammad Naveed Malik stated that this water shortage is becoming a national challenge that needs to be tackled on an urgent basis. He urged that the lack of reservoirs in the country contributed to this dearth, which is well on its way to becoming a full-blown water crisis.
