DHA Quetta issues reminder on surcharge waiver scheme

Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has shared a reminder for the valued customers and members for the ‘surcharge waiver scheme 2023’ on residential and commercial plots through a post shared on the official Facebook page on May 23. The post reminds that the surcharge waiver scheme can be availed till May 31.

As per the details, the surcharge waiver Scheme in DHA Quetta is divided into three categories and details are as follows:

• A 100% discount on surcharge is being offered on payment of all instalments of development charges for 5-marla marketing customers.
• A 40% discount on surcharge will be offered to owners of public ballot residential plots who clear all instalments. 
• A 35% discount surcharge will be given to the owners of ballot commercial plots who clear all instalments.

Moreover, the DHA Quetta has requested the owners to clear their instalments as soon as possible to avail this offer.
