Islamabad: Keeping in view the congested traffic situation and road accidents taking place in Balochistan, Secretary Transport Authority Asmatullah Kakar has sent a summary to the federal government for the upgradation of roads in the province, according to a news report.
This summary proposed the upgradation of all major arteries to two-way roads.
