Lahore: In order to address overbilling complaints during the lockdown period, officials of the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) have notified their intent to listen to public complaints over Skype, a news source reported. To facilitate this measure, SNGPL has issued date and timing schedules for people looking to reach the company officials.

According to the notification, General Manager (GM) Lahore Region Shahzad Loon will listen to complaints on May 8 between 10 AM and 11 AM; so will GM Rawalpindi. Meanwhile, GM Multan will do the same on May 9, whereas GM Faisalabad will perform the task on May 10.

Similar instructions have been issued to GM Islamabad, Sialkot, Sargodha and other regions. According to reports, some people claim that an hour may not be enough time to resolve the complaints and demand longer open courts should held to address the overbilling complaints – online or in real life.
