Lahore: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed the administration of Hamza Sugar Mills in Rahim Yar Khan to vacate 800 kanals of state land, which had reportedly been encroached upon by the developer for decades.
The court dismissed the appeal of the sugar mill’s administration and also directed it to pay a penalty for illegal utilisation of land. Revenue authorities have been directed to repossess the land.
