Subsidy announced for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments’ successful applicants

Lahore: The Naya Pakistan Housing And Development Authority (NAPHDA) has announced a PKR 300,000 subsidy for the 2,000 ballot winners of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) City Naya Pakistan Apartments, according to the authority’s official Facebook handle.

How can ballot winners of the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartment claim NAPHDA’s subsidy?

Here’s how the successful applicants can get PKR 300,000 subsidy:

• Winning applicant should get their forms from the LDA’s official website and submit it within 15 days
• The particulars filled by these applicants will be verified by NAPHDA, under its eligibility criteria
• Only those who are deemed qualified by the authority will get the subsidy
• LDA has uploaded the list of successful applicants and their associated banks on its official website

Previously, the authority has invited applications from governments, federal and LDA employees – who were drawing monthly salaries under PKR 50,000 – for allocation of 2,000 apartments being developed as part of 4,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Phase 1.
